Industry Groups
We have a number of Industry Groups; the groups are provided administration support by the Association. They operate largely autonomous targeted programmes. This enables the groups to augument our overall programmes with special content as and when required by each group.

If you are a client of the Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC) or the ANZ Bank you can access Association vouchers that reduce the cost of attendance at Association events.

We have an Export Manual available for members.

EXPORTGROUP
is a component of most groups, this group has an export focus and was responsible for our Export Manual.

ENGINEERSGROUP
have been a long standing and important component of the Association and of our founding organisations.

FURNITUREGROUP
is a long standing, active trade group, which has members from both hard and soft furniture manufacturers.

FOODGROUP
effective processing plays a vital part in the food value chain, this group deals with food, functional food and nutraceuticals.

APPAREL AND TEXTILEGROUP
our members demonstrate that niches still exist in New Zealand for various materials, textiles and garments.

NPDGROUP
focuses on general interests and skills development around the management and control of new product development.

CONSTRUCTIONGROUP
involves manufacturers involved in the supply of products and services to the civil engineering or construction sector.

ESICTGROUP
involves those with an interest in electronics, software, information and communication technology however applied.
