Forum: Drug and Alcohol Policies in the Workplace - Auckland
Tuesday 16 March
Do you know the signs of drug use and/or dealing within your organisation and do you want to know more about drug trends in the workplace?
In today’s regulatory environment, directors need to protect themselves and the organisation from this serious risk that drugs pose to the safety of all.
If you are asking yourself “Where do I start? what do I need to consider? What is available and who do
I discuss it with?” then this is a Forum that you should attend? For those that are looking for further information or just wanting to add to their current Drug and Alcohol Policy, there is helpful information as well.
The Forum will give an overview on the following:
| • Drug and Alcohol Policy. |
• Employment case rulings. |
| • What are the legal ramifications? |
• Drug Inspections (drug detector dogs). |
| • What options are out there to manage the risk? |
