Forum: Strategic Direction and Strategic Marketing Fit
Aligning Your Strategies for
Improved Marketing
Tuesday 9 March
The objective of the Forum is to clarify attendees’ understanding between the strategic direction of the business and its impact on strategic marketing plans and strategies.
Coming out of a recession there is an excellent case for reviewing your marketing direction including what sectors are being targeted. You will be able to review the strategies your business currently uses to be a more customer focused company and to ensure your marketing strategies produce targeted financial contribution levels.
The Forum will give an overview on the following:
- Bring marketing strategies and business strategic direction together.
- How the Board, by setting the strategic direction of the business, determines the marketing focus for the business.
- How, management then interprets that strategic direction into detailed marketing plans.
This Forum will be presented by Eric Livingstone, Managing Director of Livingstone Business Consultants Ltd. He is an experienced advisor and independent director to a number of boards.
Who should attend? Company owners, board members, managing directors and senior managers concerned about company direction.
