Our March 2008 survey placed Tailz in the hottest tank, worse than the August 2007 result, like the manufacturing and export sector Tailz is becoming increasingly lethargic. His fishy friends (the rest of the economy) are no longer present as the slowing activity in the export area plays through the rest of the economy. The news in late April around further job losses in manufacturing and service and the pain in the rest of the economy indicate the prescient nature of this survey - there has to be a better way.
